- Valid official identification (INE, driver's license, passport).
- Birth certificate.
- Two witnesses (not relatives).
- Documents where you are mentioned with a different name from your birth certificate.
Statement of Facts
It is an act by which facts are recorded.
Requirements:
- Valid official identification (INE, driver's license, passport).
- Two witnesses.
