Identity Statement

Requirements:

  • Valid official identification (INE, driver's license, passport).
  • Birth certificate.
  • Two witnesses (not relatives).
  • Documents where you are mentioned with a different name from your birth certificate.

Statement of Facts

It is an act by which facts are recorded.

Requirements: 

  • Valid official identification (INE, driver's license, passport).
  • Two witnesses.
