A power of attorney is the document that contains the expression of will of a person called the “principal” to designate another called the “proxy” as his representative, so that he or she can act on his or her behalf in certain legal acts.

History of acquisition: Title or Deed (in the event that the power of attorney is over real estate).
The mortgage implies the constitution of a guarantee on assets that are not delivered to the creditor, but grants the latter the right, in case of breach of the obligation agreed between the parties, to be paid with the value of the guaranteed assets.
