Wills

Wills

It is the only way by which a capable person, over 16 years of age, disposes of their assets and rights, and fulfills duties for after death.

There are 2 types of wills

Simple Will

The universal will consists of the transmission of all the assets of the testator according to the percentage assigned to each heir, which may contain a legacy, that is, specify an asset for an heir.

For example: I have two children, 50% of my assets are for my son Pedro and the other 50% of my assets are for my daughter Mariana.

Special Will

The special will consists of the same as the universal will, the difference is that in it all the assets that the testator considers can be specified, that is, it can contain more than one legacy. In addition to other testamentary provisions.

Example: My son Pablo receives my house in Montecarlo, and my daughter Martha receives my house in San Felipe.
