A power of attorney is the document that contains the expression of will of a person called the “principal” to designate another called the “proxy” as his representative, so that he or she can act on his or her behalf in certain legal acts.
It is a contract by which a person called "seller" transfers ownership of real estate to another person called "buyer", who delivers a price in money as consideration.
