Donations
The donation is the means by which a person transfers to another, a part or all of his present assets. (usually from parents to children or vice versa).
Requirements
- Appraisal (certified by City Hall).
- Demarcation (certified by City Hall).
- Certificate of Freedom from Fiscal Encumbrances (cadastre).
- Certificate of Freedom from Encumbrances (Public Registry of Property and Commerce).
- History of the property (title or deed).
- Marriage certificate (when the donor is married, they must bring the original marriage certificate or a certified copy, and in cases of marital partnership, the spouse must appear).
- Birth certificate of the donee (original or certified copy).
- Valid identification of those appearing (INE, driver's license or passport).
